Now, I am not saying this is the healthiest of snacks. If you are purposely wanting a diabetic coma.....this is for you. It qualifies in the sweet & slightly addictive category.
I saw the recipe somewhere several months ago and wondered if it was as addictive as the name implies. The answer is yes.
3 sticks butter (1 1/2 cups) YES...Seriously!
2 cups sugar
2 cups light corn syrup
1 large box Rice Chex Cereal
1 large box Golden Grahams
4 cups coconut
3 cups sliced almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix the cereals, coconut, cinnamon & almonds together & set aside.
Melt the butter, sugar & corn syrup & boil for 3 minutes.
Pour all that sugary goodness over the cereal & mix well. Spread onto wax paper & cool. Break apart into pieces and give bags to the neighbors.
YOU DO NOT WANT THIS STUFF JUST HANGING AROUND.

Just yesterday she was this big. She was afraid of cameras. Notice that tear under her right eye.
Her first day of preschool..... She broke my heart. I still left her.
The very next day..... "Yook at me!!!"
Where did my baby go? There she is!!!!!
